Professional InformationDr. Robertson was born and raised in a small town in Northwest Ohio. His ambition with medicine started in high school when he started volunteering as an EMT. He later attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio where he met his wife. After completing his undergraduate studies, his wife taught voice performance (Opera) while he attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. He remained at the University of Cincinnati for residency and also trained at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital which is a premiere program for pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders. Dr. Robertson and his family moved to Fort Collins and joined Alpine Ear, Nose, and Throat in 2006.
Dr. Robertson enjoys practicing the entire breadth of Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery. His training at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital has prepared him well for all aspects of pediatric ENT. He also has unique niches in the following areas: Vagus nerve stimulator surgery, Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (BAHA), and orbital decompression surgeries. He enjoys thyroid and parathyroid surgery and has published his research about the use of laryngeal nerve monitoring during these cases. Dr. Robertson is an active member of Poudre Valley Hospital's Cleft Palate Clinic and is on the OR Committee at Mckee Medical Center.
Personal InformationOn a personal note, Dr. Robertson is married and has three beautiful children. His family has a Christ-centered life and they enjoy all that Colorado has to offer--Church activities, tent camping (yes, even with three young children), hiking, skiing, and college football are his favorite hobbies outside of work.
Dr. Robertson's ScheduleDr. Robertson sees patients in the Fort Collins office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays while he sees patients in the Loveland office on Wednesdays. He operates at Harmony Surgery Center on Thursdays.
